OUR HERITAGE AND VALUES
Kappa Psi Delta Rho chapter is a professional pharmacy fraternity that carries a strong heritage of scholarship, leadership, service, and Brotherhood. Rooted in the history of Kappa Psi, the world’s oldest and largest professional pharmacy fraternity, Delta Rho chapter upholds the values of lifelong friendship, professional growth, and dedication to the advancement of pharmacy. Its members strive to create a supportive network that fosters academic excellence, leadership development, and service to both the community and the profession, honoring the tradition of unity and integrity that defines Kappa Psi.

LEADERSHIP AND SERVICE
Kappa Psi Delta Rho fosters leadership by encouraging members to take initiative, develop their skills, and inspire others. Through community outreach, volunteer projects, and professional service, and leadership positions, we strive to make a meaningful impact while upholding the values of our fraternity and the pharmacy profession.
How to become a member?
Step 1: Rushing process
"Rush" is a term for recruitment. This period of time is meant for our fraternity to meet future Brothers and for pharmacy students to see if they can see themselves in our fraternity for years to come.
step 2: Receive a Bid
After the rushing process, current members of the local chapter will meet to determine which candidates they would like to move forward in the interview process. Those selected will be given a "bid" to start the "pledging" process.
Step 3: Pledging process
"Pledging" is the final stage of interview prior to becoming a Brother of the fraternity. During this time period, pledges will learn about the values and principles of the fraternity and what it means to become a Brother for life.
SCHOLARSHIP AND ACHIEVEMENTS
We celebrate academic excellence and individual achievements within our fraternity. Explore the recognition and scholarship programs available to our members, and be inspired by the accomplishments of our fellow brothers and sisters.
